Yoga to Support Fertility and Expectancy

When faced with the prospect of new motherhood, it is suggested that one slows down, purifies, and begins to release old, negative habits and stress. A meditation practice is often recommended.

But how does one get started?

This class introduces slow, relaxing movement connected to breath that can be used to unwind after a long day; techniques of pranayama (breath-work) to enhance peace of mind; ideas for starting a meditation practice; and yoga nidra.

After many years of struggling with infertility, I am now blessed to have four beautiful children.

"Something about the way Elena speaks is very calming. I went into her class as someone who does not regularly practice yoga and I was amazed how relaxed I felt. I truly enjoyed her peaceful approach. "
