I love yoga because it makes me feel good. It helps me reconnect with my intuition and cultivate inner peace. And I know it is for EVERYONE. I teach Kripalu inspired, slow flow, alignment heavy, yoga. My classes are mainly guided suggestions on poses and series so that, over time, you can develop your own practice since yoga is, essentially, a private, sacred experience. 

I have been doing yoga since 2001 and teaching classes since 2003. In 2013 I became a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance E-RYT, because I knew that this type of training allowed for the greatest expression of self-love, both on and off the mat.

Kripalu Yoga is the yoga of compassion. It is a practice that facilitates the development of witness consciousness through pranayama, pratapana, and asana.
